Booking terms
How a direct booking with Oualidia Holiday works.
1. The request
The form on this site sends a request, not a firm booking. The price shown is an estimate.
2. Prices
From October to April, per night for two guests: €40 for apartments 1, 3 and 5, €38 for apartment 2, €36 for apartment 4. For three or more guests, €4 more per night.
Online booking is open from October to April. From May to September, bookings are made directly with the owner on WhatsApp.
3. Confirmation
The owner replies by email within 24 hours: a confirmation with the final amount, or a decline with other dates where possible.
4. Payment
Your stay is paid in full on site, to the owner, on arrival. No payment is taken when you book.
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp so the dates can be offered to other guests.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel up to 5 days before your arrival date by letting the owner know on WhatsApp or by email. As nothing is paid in advance, cancelling costs nothing.
After that, please let us know as soon as possible: the dates held for you can no longer be offered to other guests.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2 pm. Check-out before noon.
7. House rules
4 guests maximum per apartment. The apartments are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
Booking is open to all nationalities. Under Moroccan regulations, Moroccan couples and mixed couples (where one partner is Moroccan) must show a valid marriage certificate at check-in.
8. Governing law
Bookings and these terms are governed by the laws in force in Morocco.
